The apartment complex, located at 501 Court Street, adjacent to the
Riverfront Development, offers 76 one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom
units for low-income residents. Each apartment has a kitchen furnished
with stove and refrigerator, 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area,
and a full bath with a tub/shower.
Anyone who meets the income guidelines, has a good rental history with no serious criminal convictions, and does not owe money to any housing agency is welcome to apply. However, preferences are given to those who are over 50 years old and/or disabled.
A security deposit of $200.00 is required, with a separate pet deposit of $50.00.

The rents charged for the apartments are determined by the resident's income. The rent is calculated using gross annual income less any deductions for medical expenses and an additional deduction for those over 62 or disabled. Even though many times the rent amount calculated using the income based rent calculation is less than the established flat rent, the required rent will not be more than the flat rent of $410.00, which includes utilities.
