As part of the City Hall Police Department Remodeling Project, the outside lane for easterly bound traffic on Clark Street will be closed to traffic for the installation of new storm sewer to the site. This work is expected to being the morning of Wednesday, October 29th and will remain closed for two (2) days. Motorists are encouraged to avoid this area and utilize other routes to bypass the construction area.
