Trudy O'Donnell

Trudy started with the city as city clerk in July 2007. She is married to Mike and has three children: Robert, Chelsea and Jenna. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Accounting in 1985 and was city clerk in Riceville for almost 9 years prior to coming to Charles City.  She earned the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk in 2007 from the Iowa Municipal Finance Officers Association and attends yearly seminars and classes to maintain that certification.
