Calendar

The FINAL brush collection of the year will be October 17th - October 19th.  Please place all branches near the curb in a pile.  The Street Department will make one final pass through Charles City.  A reminder that Shaw Ave Compost Site is open year round for residents to dispose of branches and yard waste.

There are two scheduled leaf collection dates this fall.  The first is scheduled for the week of October 24th, and the second is scheduled for the week of November 14th.  Please rake leaves in to the street 12-18 inches from the curb. This allows for water to flow freely to the intakes, without plugging them with leaves.
