Disconnection: All accounts with an unpaid, past-due balance will have service disconnected without exception.

Reconnection Requirement: To restore service, the previous balance plus a reconnection fee must be paid in full.

• During Normal Business Hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm) - $50.00
• Outside Normal Business Hours - $100.00
